At TLC Care Services LLP, we are committed to delivering exceptional care while safeguarding the environment for future generations. Our Environmental Sustainability Policy reflects our dedication to reducing our carbon footprint, enhancing resource efficiency, and embedding eco-friendly practices throughout our operations across the UK.

We actively integrate sustainability into our daily activities to support our clients, staff, and communities in building a greener, healthier future. Key areas of focus include:

At TLC Care Services, we prioritise the safety, dignity, and well-being of our service users. Unfortunately, fraud and scams targeting the elderly have become a concerning issue, with criminals attempting to deceive individuals in their own homes.

We want to empower our service users with knowledge and practical advice to help them stay protected. This guide outlines what to look for and how to take proactive steps to ensure safety in the home.

At TLC Care Services, inclusivity isn't just a policy—it's a fundamental part of who we are. Every service user and care worker deserves to be treated fairly, respectfully, and without discrimination, no matter their race, colour, gender, nationality, marital status, sexual orientation, religion, disability, or age. We take pride in fostering a supportive environment where everyone feels valued, safe, and heard.
